Food and Workout Journal for January 26, 2008

10:30 a.m.: (yep, I slept in!) 1 cup organic Raisin Bran with 1/2 c. 2% milk

3:45 p.m.: Outback Steakhouse w/DH: Queensland salad (chicken breast salad on a lettuce with shredded cheese, bacon, diced egg, toasted almonds, and a side of Ranch dressing), 1 "loaf" brown bread (probably equal to 2 rolls), water

6:00 p.m.: 3 small York Peppermint Patties

WORKOUT: The FIRM Total Body Time-Crunch (from TransFIRMation series). This was a good workout. I find it amusing that it was 45 minutes and they called it "time crunch," yet most of the new FIRMS are less than that (30 - 40 minutes).

Just popping in to say you're doing great. I am envious of how much you dine out! (I LOOOOOOVE to eat out). Good job with the workouts and your food journaling.
