6:30 a.m.: 1 cup OHs! Honey Graham cereal w/ 1/2 c. skim milk, small glass OJ
12:15 p.m.: (MAJOR UNPLANNED SPLURGE) Ate lunch w/old boss at Pacer's (divey-kind of bar): Cheeseburger w/ketchup, mustard, and onion; onion rings (didn't count them) and a couple of his French fries; diet coke. Whoops! I was planning to eat a lot lighter today and had even packed my lunch.
5:30 p.m.: 1 cup OHs! Honey Graham cereal with 1/2 c. skim milk (yep, again!), 1 orange, 3 mini York Peppermint Patties (had to get my chocolate fix!), water
WORKOUT: The FIRM Cardio Overdrive with Alison (from the TransFIRMation series)

Since you had cereal for breakfast and lunch, I doubt that high-calorie lunch will make any negative impact. Actually, that was a pretty smart move!
