9:30 a.m. Bowl of Co-Co Wheats w/raw sugar to sweeten, 1 piece toast w/peanut butter, small glass OJ, 1/2 orange
1:15 p.m. 1 Pizza Muffin (English muffin w/pizza sauce, reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, 5 pieces pepperoni), water
2:45 - 3:15 p.m. Several licks (even a spoonful) of homemade chocolate icing.
6:15 p.m. Medium serving chicken and stuffing casserole w/mixed veggies, 1/2 piece homemade bread, winter squash, 1 piece chocolate cake with chocolate icing, small glass 2% milk
