I'm a childfree by choice 30-something female living in the Northeastern/slightly Midwestern part of the US. I'm happily married (my husband and I are DINKS - Dual Income, No Kids), am owned by a cat, and have various interests and hobbies. Food and Workout Journal for January 6, 2008
No workout for me today, thank goodness. Don't get me wrong....I'm enjoying getting back on the wagon. But my body is TIRED. So it's the perfect day for a break....and to get my Christmas tree down.
Here's the food journal:
9:20 a.m.: Small bowl of Coco Wheats sweetened w/raw sugar, 1 piece toast w/little bit of peanut butter, 1/2 orange, 1/2 banana, small glass OJ
1:00 p.m.: 2 tiny pieces of pepperoni pizza (left over from Carrabba's meal), small glass Ovaltine made w/skim milk, 2 suck candies
4:00 p.m.: 1/4 cup (1 serving) Plain M&M's (couldn't help it....I needed something chocolate BAD. At least I didn't sit down with the whole bag!)
6:00 p.m.: 2 slices roasted turkey, 1 serving stuffing, few mixed vegetables, 1/2 slice cranberry sauce, water
7:00 p.m.: 1 suck candy

I like that term "suck candy" - it makes me giggle.
LOL! Yep, I always have to have something in my mouth! (wink!)
