Food and Workout Journal for January 8, 2008

6:30 a.m.: 2/3 c. Organic cinnamon and raisin granola cereal with 1/2 c. skim milk, 1 banana, small glass OJ
12:30 p.m.: 2 medium pieces of pizza (one pepperoni, one plain), bottle of diet coke
6:00 p.m.: 1 piece cornmeal/Parmesan coated flounder, small serving organic mac-n-cheese, small serving organic corn, water
7:15 p.m.: The FIRM Prime Power: Lower Body Sculpting w/ Kim Bartlett - I had a decent workout tonight. A little on the easy side, though. I was thinking about adding another short tape (like a 2-mile Leslie Sansone), but I just wasn't THAT motivated! PPLBS is "diptastic"....I couldn't count how many times we dipped. Good thing I like dips!
9:00 p.m.: 1/2 whole wheat English muffin w/little bit of peanut butter, small glass juice
