- The workout was really too easy, especially the first half. I started sweating a bit in the last half when there was a leg press/dip move, but I don't think the workout had enough cardio in it to consider it cardio.
- Tamela Hastings. Oh my. WTF is she DOING?!?! I do remember doing these workouts a few years ago and thought she was completely over-the-top, but I tried to ignore her. Tonight I wanted to smack the shit out of her. There were some moments that she actually looked like she was auditioning for a porno with some of the facial expressions. And it's pretty obvious that she didn't know the moves very well....she was quite often "off."
- Kelli Roberts is a really good instructor, and I wish this workout was something I could use more often. But if I feel it's too easy now (and I'm completely out of shape), I can't imagine that I'll be pulling it out again.

Ha ha ha! Isn't Tamela a trip in this? You're right - it does look like she's auditioning for porno. She's so over-the-top with her posing I cannot even stand it. I literally have to look away when she's on the screen it's so awful. Yeah, Lean is a little on the easy side as are some of the other WHFNs. If Anna had made the WHFNs as tough as the original FitPrimes, she would have had a real winner on her hands.
