Food and Workout Journal for January 24, 2008

6:20 a.m.: 1 cup OHs! Honey Graham cereal with 1/2 c. skim milk, small glass OJ

12:30 p.m.: Lunch from Tomaydo Tomahhdo with Kathy: Grilled chicken, bacon, cheese, sauce, onion sandwich on foccocia bread (ate a little over 1/2 of it), 1/2 bag of kettle chips, few sips of strawberry-banana smoothie, diet coke

6:00 p.m.: Dinner w/DH: 2 baked chicken tenders (one large, 1 tiny), 1 mozzarella stick, handful of organic baked French "fries," mixed vegetables (carrots, bean variety), 3 mini Peppermint Patties, water

WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up! (minus the yoga at the end) - I bought this video for $3 + shipping off of a seller on Amazon. I love it. It's just perfect for where I am fitness-wise right now.
