Food and Workout Journal for January 9, 2008

6:20 a.m.: 2/3 c. Organic cinnamon raisin granola with 1/2 c. skim milk, small glass OJ

10:00 a.m.: 1 orange

12:00 p.m.: Ham, cheese, and mustard on sourdough bread, 8 honey wheat pretzel sticks, 2 Nature's Way "Oreo"-type cookies, 1 can Diet Coke

3:15 p.m.: 5 Hershey's Caramel Kisses

6:15 p.m.: 1 Grilled lime/garlic marinated chicken breast, 1 serving roasted pecan & garlic whole grain blend (rice, bulgur), bean variety, water

EXERCISE: Short walk (south loop, approx. 35 min.), The FIRM Prime Power: Fat Burning Workout w/Stacy Millner-Collins

Good job today! Your diet sounds pretty darned healthy and great job on the exercise too!

Sassy: It's always healthier when I know I'm going to have to write it down. Otherwise, it's terrible! :-)
