Food and Workout Journal for January 30, 2008

6:20 a.m.: 1 c. organic Raisin Bran with 1/2 c. 2% milk, small glass OJ

12:15 p.m.: Key West Cafe with Michelle: Blackened grouper sandwich w/cajun mayo, French fries (a little over 1/2 the serving), Diet Coke

6:00 p.m.: Ham and cheese sandwich w/mustard on wheat bun, 15 thin organic pretzel sticks, small piece chocolate cake w/icing, water

WORKOUT:
  • Cathe Basic Step on 6" step (30 minutes)
  • Cathe Lower Body Sculpting (20 minutes)
  • Cathe Stability Ball Abs (10 minutes)
