Ugh....didn't do too great today (diet-wise). Still, I know it's less than what I had been eating a month ago because I was shoveling it in all day then.
6:20 a.m.: 1 whole-wheat English muffin--1 side w/butter, 1 side with a slice of American cheese; small glass OJ, 1/2 orange
9:45 a.m.: 1 large sugar cookie (it was too pretty to pass up!)
12:00 p.m.: 3 (yes, 3) pieces of Rascal House pepperoni pizza....wow, was that tasty! Diet Coke
6:00 p.m.: 1 cup OHs! cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk; 1/2 orange
WORKOUT: Cathe Low Impact Step on 6" step (knocked it down to 4" for last intensity blast)

You're doing great with the workouts and although you had some junk, I think overall (taking all your days into account), you're not overeating. How are you tracking your progress? Are you weighing and/or taking measurements at any times?
No measurements, but see today's post re: results! :-)
I'm only weighing myself once a month.
