Breakfast - little bit of oatmeal, 1/2 orange, 1/2 banana, small glass OJ

Mid-morning - 2 Dove chocolate caramels

Late Lunch (2:00 p.m.) - Cheesecake Factory w/DH: several small pieces sourdough bread, split Grande Factory Burrito w/DH, split chocolate coconut cream cheesecake w/DH too.

Afternoon/Evening: 1 serving vitamin water, 4 chocolate peanut clusters

WORKOUT: The FIRM Total Body Toner w/Allie (40 min.)
