Breakfast - mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, pineapple chunks, small glass OJ

Noon - 3 chocolate chip cookies, 2 pieces pepperoni pizza, 1 small (8 oz) can regular pepsi

Dinner - mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 1 cookie, blueberries, peanuts, grape/apple juice

11:00 p.m. another cookie!

WORKOUT: Walk around neighborhood (south loop + two cul de sacs) - just under 1 hour
