Breakfast - 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 1 banana, small glass OJ

Lunch @ Ritz Carlton: "Palette Platter" - 2 tiny pieces of bread w/butter, 1/2 crispy chicken sandwich w/cheese, ham, and honey mustard, small bowl of soup, small serving mac-n-cheese, tiny serving creme brule.

Dinner - 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 1 sausage link, small glass vitamin water, 1 banana, 3 Dove chocolate caramels

9:45 p.m. - few peanuts

10:45 p.m. - 2 Dove chocolate caramels

WORKOUT: 45 minute walk around neighborhood (south loop + return from Hickory/bike trail
