Food Journal for Thursday, June 5, 2008


I wasn't planning to take the day off from working out today, but I am. I've been crazy busy all day, and I just didn't get to it. That's okay, really. I think I needed a break!

6:20 a.m. 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 6 oz. lowfat yogurt, small glass OJ

12:30 p.m. Champp's w/Larry: Grilled cajun chicken sandwich with some kind of sauce, peppers, onions, and cheese; Waffle fries (my favorite), diet coke

2:00 p.m. 4 Hershey caramel kisses, 1 root beer suck candy

7:00 p.m. 1 mini bagel w/cream cheese, little bit of vitamin water, 1 Fiber One Bar

Wow. That's not a lot for an entire day.

Aren't those Fiber One bars good?

Actually, the cajun chicken sandwich and fries were really filling. I just wasn't very hungry the rest of the day.

Yes, those Fiber One bars are tasty! My mom got me turned on to them. I'm sure they aren't that great for you (lots of processed stuff), but they satisfy you and taste good at the same time!
