6:20 a.m. 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, few sliced strawberries, small glass juice
Noon - Other 1/2 of Panera sandwich, handful of reduced fat chips, 2 chocolate chip cookies, diet coke
Afternoon - 1 root beer suck candy
Supper - Hamburger on bun w/ketchup, mustard, onions; few reduced fat chips, couple bites cole slaw, small glass vitamin water, few pickle slices, 4 chocolate-peanut clusters
Evening - 1 chocolate chip cookie, small glass 2% milk
WORKOUT: Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates w/Ellen Barrett - 45 min.
