Food and Workout Journal for March 9, 2008

10:00 a.m. Bowl of CoCo Wheats w/ raw sugar to sweeten, 1 mini bagel w/little bit of peanut butter, 1/2 orange, small glass OJ

1:30 p.m. 2 pieces Marco's pepperoni pizza w/ little bit of garlic butter, 1/2 can regular coke

2:15 p.m. 2 Dove chocolates

5:15 p.m. 2 more Dove chocolates

7:00 p.m. 2 more pieces Marco's pepperoni pizza, 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies (I tried to limit it to two, but they are just so darned good!)

WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up - Today was supposed to be my rest day, but I felt like working out and figured I might not want to do it tomorrow night after class since I don't get home until 8:30. If I feel like it, though, I'll do 1/2 hour cardio workout.
