12:00 p.m. Ham and mustard on wheat bun, 15 thin organic wheat pretzels, 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies, diet coke

5:15 p.m. Chipoltle w/DH: 1/2 chicken fajita burrito (grilled chicken, rice, sauteed peppers & onions, salsa, sour cream, lettuce, shredded cheese on tortilla), water
