Food and Workout Journal for March 11, 2008


6:20 a.m. 1 cup OHs! Cereal with 1/2 c. 2% milk, small glass OJ, 1 mini bagel w/peanut butter

10:00 a.m. 3 mini powdered donuts

12:15 p.m. Grilled cajun chicken sandwich w/little bit of mayo, diet coke

1:30 p.m. 1 rootbeer suck candy

2:45 p.m. 2 Milky Way Minis

4:00 p.m. Another rootbeer suck candy

7:00 p.m. (worked late) 2 small baked breaded organic chicken tenders, handful of baked organic French "fries," 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies

10:00 p.m. 1/2 chocolate chip cookie

WORKOUT: Cathe Supersets - wow, I missed this workout! Really enjoyed it tonight.

Good job today! Yeah, Push Pull is a pretty good one. I like it too, even though I'm not a big Cathe fan.
