6:20 a.m. 2/3 cup Organic granola cereal with 1/2 c. 2% milk, 1 mini bagel w/peanut butter, small glass OJ
11:30 a.m. Catered lunch: 1 chicken fajita w/peppers, onions, cheese, sour cream, salsa), few chips (maybe 5), rice, diet coke, 1 large (dry) brownie
4:00 p.m. 1 root beer suck candy
6:00 p.m. Wendy's Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/Mayo, diet pepsi
9:30 p.m. 2 mini York Peppermint Patties
No Workout - Day off
