8:00 a.m. Bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel from Gardenia restaurant

12:15 p.m. Market Cafe w/Susan: 1 piece cheese pizza, small caesar salad, diet coke, 1 rootbeer suck candy

4:00 p.m. 2 Dove chocolates

7:00 p.m. 3 homemade chocolate chip cookies

WORKOUT: Kathy Smith Basic Step - did only the warm-up and step portions; used 6" step for everything but the advanced portion where I knocked it down to 4". Approx. 45 min.
