6:15 p.m. Tuna salad (w/light mayo) on sourdough bread, 17 mini pretzels, water, 3 mini York Peppermint Patties
WORKOUT: Cathe Hardcore Series - LowMax on 4" step - Did the Step Combos Only Premix (44 minutes) - I'll definitely be able to use a 6" step next time. The 4" step is good when you're trying to figure out the choreography, and this one has a lot of twists and turns.
