Food and Workout Journal for March 21, 2008


8:00 a.m. (Pick-up from Gardenia) Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Bagel, 1 cup lowfat chocolate milk

12:15 p.m. Market Cafe w/Susan: 1 piece cheese pizza, diet coke

4:00 p.m. Eight Dove chocolate eggs (whoops!)

6:00 p.m. One enormous banana

8:30 p.m. 1 and 1/2 large (cereal) bowls of buttered and salted popcorn, 1 small (8 oz) can regular root beer

WORKOUT: Cathe Low Impact Circuit - Cardio Blast Timesaver Premix on 4" step
