6:20 a.m. 1 cup OHs! cereal with 1/2 c. 2% milk, small glass juice

10:00 a.m. 3 suck candies

12:15 p.m. Gardenia w/Rick & 2 MDG clients: Chicken fajita wrap (grilled chicken, rice, peppers, onions, cheese, salsa, sour cream), just a few potato chips, diet coke

1:30 p.m. 4 suck candies

7:00 p.m. 7 "Ritz"-style crackers w/tiny bit of peanut butter, 4 Dove chocolate egg candies

WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up!
