12:00 p.m. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, 17 mini pretzels, 2 mint "oreo"-style cookies, 1 can diet coke
5:30 p.m. Organic hamburger on bun w/ketchup and mustard, small handful organic baked French "fries," 2 Dove chocolate eggs
8:00 p.m. 1 Root beer suck candy
WORKOUT: Cathe Muscle Max (from Hardcore Series) - I am so excited about how well I did tonight with this workout! It's 100% strength, so it's completely modifiable. Cathe tells you what poundage she's using. I hardly ever match her weights, but there were quite a few times tonight when I picked up a lighter weight and realized during the exercises that I actually could have matched her weights.
