Food and Workout Journal for March 6, 2008

6:20 a.m. 3/4 c. Honey Clusters Total Cereal with 1/2 c. 2% milk, 1/2 bagel w/whipped cream cheese, small glass OJ

12:00 p.m. Ham and mustard on wheat bun, 1 serving mini pretzels, 2 homemade chocolate chip cookies, diet coke

6:00 p.m. Organic hamburger patty on wheat bun w/ketchup and mustard, few baked BBQ chips, vitamin water, 3 (yes, three!) homemade chocolate chip cookies

I was doing pretty good except for eating five chocolate chip cookies!!

WORKOUT: Get Ripped w/Jari Love - this is the first time I did this workout. I held off doing it because it looked intimidating. It really wasn't bad at all. I could have went heavier on a couple of the exercises, but I wasn't sure how many reps she was going to do. Overall, I think I got a really good workout.
