Food and Workout Journal for March 18, 2008

6:20 a.m. 1 cup OHs! cereal with 1/2 cup 2% milk, 1/2 bagel with whipped cream cheese, small glass juice

10:00 a.m. 1/2 blueberry muffin

11:30 a.m. Boxed lunch from Tomaydo Tomahhdo: Turkey, lettuce, onion, and some kind of sauce on foccocia bread, small bag kettle chips, tiny serving Spicy Peanut Cole Slaw (YUM!), 1 enormous chocolate chip cookie. This all tasted very good going down.....but I got sick immediately afterwards. It didn't take long to remedy that! :-)

5:30 p.m. 1 medium-sized piece homemade marbled cheesecake

Reading your entries is making me HUNGRY!!! Especially when you mention CHEEEEEEEESECAKE!!! My favorite!!! You're doing great, though, at writing everything down and with the exercise. Good job!
