Good job today!

"Pretzel chicken"? What the heck is that?

Sassy: It's actually really delicious! It's something I've only heard of at that restaurant. I guess the coating that they put on the chicken breast is made of pretzels....but it really doesn't taste like it (it isn't crunchy or anything).

I was just astounded at the small size of the thing. I'm used to going to restaurants and leaving half the serving on the plate or taking it home. This seemed like an appetizer...and a pricey one at that! But the good thing about Great Lakes Brewing Company is that they support local farmers and most of the food is either organic or as natural as possible.

mmm...that sounds pretty good. I've made pretzel rolls before and they are yummy, but I've never heard of pretzel coating. Is the coating made with hard pretzels or soft prezels? I've made coatings for fish out of potato chips and tortilla chips before and it comes out really tasty.

Sassy: I would think it's a soft pretzel coating....it certainly wasn't really crunchy. I had my misgivings about ordering it, but I'm glad I did. Very tasty!
