Food and Workout Journal for February 7, 2008

6:30 a.m.: Bowl of CoCo Wheats w/raw sugar to sweeten, 1/2 of a mini bagel w/peanut butter, 1/2 orange, small glass OJ

10:00 a.m. Store-bought chocolate chip cookie (from Kathy)

12:45 p.m. Grilled chicken, cheddar, 2 strips bacon, and little bit of mayo on sesame seed bun (probably ate 3/4's of the sandwich), French fries (broke my goal of only having French fries once a week....ate about 3/4's), diet coke

6:15 p.m.
Small bowl of organic vegetable barley soup w/3 crackers, 1/2 mini bagel w/peanut butter, 1 small chocolate chip cookie, water

WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up (minus the 4 minutes of yoga at the end)
