12:45 p.m. Grilled chicken, cheddar, 2 strips bacon, and little bit of mayo on sesame seed bun (probably ate 3/4's of the sandwich), French fries (broke my goal of only having French fries once a week....ate about 3/4's), diet coke
6:15 p.m. Small bowl of organic vegetable barley soup w/3 crackers, 1/2 mini bagel w/peanut butter, 1 small chocolate chip cookie, water
