Food and Workout Journal for February 18, 2008

5:45 a.m. 3/4 c. Honey Cluster Total cereal with 1/2 c. 2% milk, 1 mini wheat bagel w/whipped cream cheese, small glass OJ

12:00 p.m. Turkey and lite provolone cheese w/lite mayo on bun, 15 thin organic pretzel sticks, 2 mint "Oreo"-style cookies, diet coke

3:00 p.m. 1 orange

5:30 p.m. 2 pieces Rascal House pepperoni pizza, 20 whole cashews, 1 medium-sized piece chocolate cake w/chocolate icing

WORKOUT: The FIRM Cardio Overdrive w/Allison (TransFIRMation Series) - approx 47 min.

I got up early today so that I could get an hour of studying for my HR certification in. That worked out pretty well. Hopefully I can do it again tomorrow!
