Food and Workout Journal for February 24, 2008

9:15 a.m. Perkins w/ the Out-Laws and DH: 1 scrambled egg, 1 piece of toast with butter and jelly 1/2 pancake w/syrup, 2 small pieces of bacon, large glass chocolate milk

2:00 p.m. 2 pieces of pizza w/pepperoni and onions (left over from last night), 2 chocolate squares

6:30 p.m. 1 medium bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 2 mint chocolate covered oreo cookies

8:30 p.m. 1 and 1/2 large cereal bowls of popcorn (little bit of butter)

WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up
