Good job today! How is "Project You"? Is that a good program? What level exerciser is it geared for?

It's a little more basic, but I would say intermediate exercisers would be happy with it, too. There are eight workouts, and the best one is the Full Body Circuit. I'm not really a Kathy Smith fan, but she doesn't get as "weird" on this one as she does on some of her other ones. If you like a lot of choreography though, this is not for you.
