9:00 a.m.: Bowl of CoCo Wheats w/raw sugar to sweeten, 1/2 mini bagel w/peanut butter, small glass OJ, 1/2 banana
1:15 p.m.: Longhorn with DH: 1 small chunk bread; tossed salad w/side of ranch dressing; grilled chicken sandwich w/bacon, swiss, lettuce, onion, pickles, BBQ sauce, and honey mustard; water
8:00 p.m.: DH's friend came over for pizza and a movie - 1 piece of pepperoni pizza, 3 small BBQ wings, couple bites of a Honey Mustard wing, small can of regular Pepsi (8 oz. size)
WORKOUT: The FIRM Body Sculpting System 2 Complete Aerobic and Weight Training with Emily - had an awesome workout. I really missed doing this one. I thought it might be too tough for me yet, but it was fine. Emily kind of gets on my nerves, but she's okay in this one.
