5:45 p.m. 3 Hershey caramel kisses
6:30 p.m. 1 chocolate chip cookie
8:00 p.m. 1 fruit popsicle (40 cal.)
9:00 p.m. 1 and 1/2 large "cereal" bowls of buttered/salted air-popped popcorn, 1 can regular Coke
