12:00 p.m. Grilled Chicken Fajita Wrap from Gardenia (chicken rice, onions, peppers, cheese, sour cream, salsa), few tortilla chips, 2 Milky Way minatures, 1 Hershey Nugget

5:30 p.m. 1 banana, 2 pieces Rascal House pepperoni pizza, little bit of vitamin water, 1 piece frosted chocolate cake, small glass 2% milk

WORKOUT: Cathe Muscle Max (from Hardcore Series) - 68 min.
