6:20 a.m. 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 1 small container strawberry yogurt, small glass OJ

12:15 p.m. Fat Fish Blue w/SMW: Grilled BBQ chicken sandwich w/cheese, onion straws, cajun mayo and BBQ sauce, several sweet potato chips, diet coke

6:00 p.m. Turkey and cheese sandwich w/lite mayo on wheat bun, 17 mini pretzels, organic greens w/lite honey mustard dressing, water, 2 chocolate chip cookies, 1 suck candy

WORKOUT: Slim Series Tone it Up (60 minutes)
