I helped coordinate a seminar for our clients in a hotel near home, so I worked a few hours at home after that instead of going into the office. I was able to do my workout at 9:30 when I got back from the seminar and I also got my haircut.
6:20 a.m. 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, small glass juice
11:30 a.m. 2 Dove chocolates
12:45 a.m. Wendy's: Spicy Chicken Sandwich w/mayo, small fries (it really was a small fry order), diet coke
***got my hair cut and eyebrows arched in here***
2:00 p.m.(ish) Small Wendy's chocolate Frosty
6:00 p.m. 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 1/2 serving vitamin water
WORKOUT: Slim Series Firm it Up! (60 minutes of torture)
