10:00 a.m. 1 root beer suck candy

1:30 p.m. 3 Hershey caramel kisses

2:45 p.m. Grilled hamburger on bun w/ketchup, mustard, mayo, and onions; few reduced-fat chips; small glass vitamin water, 4 Hershey caramel kisses

5:30 p.m. 3 Hershey caramel kisses

7:45 p.m. Chocolate pudding (about 1/2 of a box which is 2 servings)
