1:00 p.m. Picked up McDonald's: 1 Big Mac, small fries, diet coke (yeah, I know. I was just starving and couldn't stop thinking about eating a Big Mac!)
7:00 p.m. 2 Dove chocolate caramels, 17 mini pretzel, 1/2 serving vitamin water, 1 root beer suck candy

Morning - Cathe Low Impact Step (6" step for first half, 4" step for second) - 45 minutes
Evening - 55 minute walk around neighborhood (south loop + 2 cul de sacs)

I have days like that from time to time. Some days are just "off" but as long as you push yourself through the workout, you can do it.
