Well, it was Saturday, so I could sleep in! I slept until 8:30 a.m.
9:00 a.m. 1 Belgium waffle w/syrup, small glass OJ
1:45 p.m. Ruby Tuesday's w/DH: Salad from salad bar (various lettuce and veggies, shredded cheese, bacon bits, croutons, ranch dressing), 2 mini burgers, French fries (about 3/4's the serving), water
4:00 p.m. Very small fudge brownie w/ small glass 2% milk
5:00 p.m. 2 root beer suck candies
7:00 p.m. Dish of lowfat chocolate chip mint ice cream (about 3/4 cup)
9:15 p.m. 1 and 1/2 large "cereal" bowls of buttered/salted popcorn, 1/2 can regular Coke (6 oz.)
WORKOUT: The FIRM Aerobic Body Shaping (TransFIRMer series) with Allie (1 hour)
Walk to/from Ruby Tuesday's via bike trail (1 hour, total)
