Food and Workout Journal for February 14, 2008

8:00 a.m. Small bagel w/cream cheese, 1 lowfat granola bar, flavored water (0 calories)

11:45 a.m. Ham, cheese, and mustard on crossaint, small bag (1 serving) pretzels, 1 large chocolate cookie, diet coke, 1 brownie

2:45 p.m. 1 Valentine's chocolate candy

5:45 p.m. 1 more Valentine's chocolate candy

8:30 p.m. 2 bowls of popcorn (buttered and salted), 1 more Valentine chocolate candy!

WORKOUT: The FIRM Volume 5 I don't know why, but I really didn't enjoy this workout much tonight. This used to be one of my favorites, but I had a hard time getting into it. I think there is just too much on my mind right now (and WAY too much to do) and I wasn't in the mood to workout. On a different day, I probably would have liked it.

It's so hard to be focused and "into" a diet and workout program when you are burdened with something like school work (I am talking from experience of course).

Good job today, though!
