6:40 a.m. 1 mini bagel w/little bit of peanut butter, 1/2 banana, small glass OJ

11:40 a.m. 3 pieces of pepperoni pizza, 1 chocolate chip cookie, diet coke

7:50 p.m. 2 chocolate chip cookies

  • Power Push (30 minute cardio)
  • Lower Body/abs (30 minutes)
