Yippie....today was my last day of Crucial Conversations Training! I'm now certified to train the course and I'm very excited about that. Although I didn't feel my training exam (you have to get up and train a portion of the course) went all that well, I got some really good, positive feedback. It was also the last day of some very boring catered breakfasts and lunches. We basically had the same set-up every day, and it got monotnous.8:15 a.m. Little bagel w/cream cheese, 1 lowfat granola bar, 1/2 chocolate muffin
11:45 a.m. Turkey and cheese w/mayo on rye bread, tiny bit of pasta salad, 1 large chocolate cookie, diet coke
4:45 p.m. A mish-mosh of stuff:
- I put the left-over chicken (with cheese, bacon, and onion straws) from Ruby Tuesday's on a bun w/a little mayo. I probably ate less than 1/4 of it. Just didn't taste that good.
- 1 leftover southwestern spring roll from Ruby Tuesdays
- Some baked organic "French" fries
- One TGIFridays mozzarella stick
- 2 Ghirardelli milk chocolate squares

Good job today! I know how monotonous that catered office food can get, especially when you are eating it more than one day in a row. Good job on the exercise!
