9:15 a.m. McDonald's w/Michelle (after setting up a seminar): Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit, small diet coke (I know....it's death on a biscuit....but so tasty!)10:30 a.m. 1 mint-chocolate covered Oreo (don't ask me how that came about...I just wanted one bad!)
12:15 p.m. 1 medium-sized bagel w/whipped cream cheese, 4 Dove chocolates
5:10 p.m. 1 mint-covered Oreo (damn things are addicting!)
10:15 p.m. (yes, that is the right time!)  2 pieces Rascal House pepperoni pizza
