
Work has been crazy busy. I'm beat.
Breakfast - small bowl organic granola + raisin cereal w/ little bit 2% milk, small glass OJ
Lunch - Caesar side salad, 1 piece pepperoni pizza, diet coke
Dinner - Breaded chicken patty on bun w/light mayo, few pickle slices, handful reduced-fat chips, small glass vitamin water, 2 large sugar cookies, 6 Dove chocolate caramels
WORKOUT: Walk around neighborhood - 45 min.
