
Breakfast - small bowl of CoCo wheats, 1 mini bagel w/whipped cream cheese, small glass juice
Afternoon - 2 snickerdoodle cookies, few peanuts
Late afternoon - 2 Dove chocolate caramels
6:15 p.m. 2 snickerdoodles
6:30 p.m. Went to Al and Linda's party - didn't track food, but I didn't eat all that much
WORKOUT: Slim in 6 Ramp it Up w/ Debbie Siebers (45 min.)
