Food and Workout Journal for March 1, 2008

9:00 a.m. Bowl of CoCo Wheats w/raw sugar to sweeten, 1/2 medium bagel w/ little bit of peanut butter, 1 organic banana, small glass OJ

2:30 p.m. Buca Di Beppo with DH: 2 pieces foccocia bread, mixed greens salad w/ side of Italian dressing, 1 small piece lemon butter chicken w/capers, small serving spaghetti w/marinara

8:30 p.m. About 3/4 cup lowfat mint chip ice cream

WORKOUT: The Firm Cardio Split 1 - great workout. I did have to modify some of the high impact, but I got through all of it really well.
