Food and Workout Journal for Monday, March 31, 2008

Vacation day (drove home from PA in the morning).

7:45 a.m. 1 oatmeal bar, medium glass lowfat chocolate milk

12:00 p.m. 3 mini York Peppermint Patties

4:00 p.m. Lowfat pizza casserole, 4 Dove chocolates

WORKOUT: TLT Better Burn...Better Buns w/ Tracie Long (55 min.) - I did most of the workout. There were a couple of moves I couldn't do, but overall, it was pretty good.
