Food and Workout Journal for March 22, 2008


9:00 a.m. Bowl of CoCo Wheats w/raw sugar to sweeten, 1/2 bagel w/whipped cream cheese, small glass juice

3:15 p.m. 3 pieces Rascal House pepperoni pizza

3:30 p.m. 4 Dove chocolate eggs, 1 root beer suck candy

6:30 p.m. Small serving low-fat chocolate chip mint ice cream

WORKOUT: Cathe Boot Camp (60 min.) - Well, I had to modify some of the high-impact moves (mostly by holding my boobs so they wouldn't fall off!) and some of the core moves (lying side planks, etc.), but overall I did pretty well!
