
Breakfast - Panera w/DH: Bacon, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich, small organic lowfat chocolate milk
Mid-day - glass grape/apple juice
Dinner - 1 tiny baked potato w/butter, rotisserie chicken (not a whole lot)
Throughout the day - 6 chocolate chip cookies!
8:00 p.m. - another glass grape/apple juice
WORKOUT: 1 hour (total) walk in Brecksville (to/from Panera)
